Full Initial assessment - Body Fat, measurements, weight and physical assessment of posture/imbalances
Weekly follow up assessments of above to ensure progress and targets are being achieved
Personalised meal plans & cook book- Designed to foods you like/dislike based around your goals
Tailored sessions within the training we do and also if required a program to follow outside of our main plan
1 hour one to one coaching sessions in our private Galway Studio
Full use of our new App, on which will have a workout log equipped with video description on every exercise, meal plan for quick and easy access to meals and automatically generated shopping list among other features
